PORTUGALS SECRETARY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS VISITS CAPE VERDE TODAY
Portugal’s State Secretary of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, João Gomes Cravinho, will begin a five-day official visit to Cape Verde today, January 21. The visit is aimed at lending new dynamics to bilateral cooperative relations between the two countries.
Cravinho himself provided this information to Portuguese news agency Lusa, highlighting the need to outline the next two to three years of this relationship as well. “After six months of an extremely intensive Portuguese presidency of the European Union, which also had a very interesting component in terms of the EU’s relationship with Cape Verde, it’s time now to turn our attention back to bilateral relations,” stressed Gomes Cravinho.
